What to confirm before selecting a model

• Travel and space: identify each axis, working travel, approach and loading clearance, installation direction and mounting envelope.
• Loads: list the moving workpiece, fixture and attachments, their weights, centre of gravity, overhang and applied-force directions. Product weight is not payload capacity.
• Motion and acceptance: distinguish working feed from rapid movement, and state the accuracy test, measurement length, load and installation conditions.
• Integration: provide the mounting drawing and define responsibility for motors, drives, controls, sensors, lubrication and guarding.

Family and model names help locate product references; they do not by themselves establish load capacity, accuracy or suitability for a particular process. Confirm the exact configuration against the applicable drawing and technical agreement.
