Application fit

Start with the workpiece and process. The model name is only a starting point.

01

Direct-drive response

Reduce the mechanical transmission path with a rear direct-drive motorized spindle.

02

Controlled spindle orientation

Evaluate speed control and spindle orientation against the machine control system.

03

Water-cooled operation

Design the cooling loop, flow monitoring and heat rejection around the approved build.

04

Integrated production cells

Use in dedicated equipment after the complete electrical, hydraulic and mechanical interfaces are checked.

Rated torque applies at the stated rated operating point, not across the entire speed range. Confirm the torque-speed curve, drive and cooling system. The encoder translation follows the source; obtain the actual electrical interface specification before integration.

Published values are selection references taken from the existing JNYO product sheets. Confirm the exact build, dimensions, motor, speed, load, acceptance method and supply scope in the approved drawing and quotation.

Compare configurations

Choose the physical layout, tool interface, ATC and coolant requirements before fixing motor and control specifications.

Five inputs for a useful recommendation

XT45-2-BT40-DC selection questions

Confirm these items before the drawing and quotation are approved.

Why use a rear motorized spindle?

Direct rear drive can provide a compact transmission path and controlled speed response when the machine envelope and cooling system support it.

Is water cooling required?

The published motorized-spindle build uses water cooling. Confirm flow, inlet temperature, monitoring, filtration and heat rejection for the selected build.

Are the listed electrical values universal?

No. Speed, power, torque, voltage and feedback depend on the exact model and approved parameter sheet.

Can it support spindle orientation and CTS?

These functions are shown in the source material, but the encoder, control, hydraulic release, seals and coolant system must be matched.

What should I send for selection?

Send the process, tooling, speed/torque duty, voltage, control system, cooling capacity, machine interface and destination country.

Catalog source and configuration limits

JNYO product catalog, PDF page 19; Chinese edition, approximately 74 MB.

Reference weights describe pictured configurations. Catalog roundness is not a workpiece-accuracy guarantee. Confirm measurement conditions, complete dimensional drawings, actual assembly weight and supply scope before integration.

Send the process and machine interface before ordering XT45-2-BT40-DC.

JNYO will compare the application, spindle interface, motor, tooling and mounting requirements before confirming a drawing and quotation.
