Application fit

Start with the workpiece and process. The model name is only a starting point.

01

Special-purpose machines

Dedicated boring, milling or combined stations designed around a defined part and cycle time.

02

Modular machining units

Integrate the spindle with a slide, column, fixture and CNC or special-purpose control.

03

Production cells

Concentrate compatible operations after tooling, load, guarding and service access are reviewed.

04

Retrofit projects

Compare center height, mounting, machine envelope and maintenance access with the existing machine.

Motor selection reference The adjacent ordinary-motor page lists three-phase and servo spindle motors at 5.5–15 kW; servo rated speed 1,500 rpm, maximum 4,500 rpm. Confirm the transmission ratio and spindle bearing configuration

Published values are selection references taken from the existing JNYO product sheets. Confirm the exact build, dimensions, motor, speed, load, acceptance method and supply scope in the approved drawing and quotation.

Compare configurations

Choose the physical layout, tool interface, ATC and coolant requirements before fixing motor and control specifications.

Five inputs for a useful recommendation

Operation

Boring, milling, drilling, facing or a combined process.

Workpiece

Material, feature dimensions and required cycle time.

Tooling

Holder, tool diameter, interface and target speed.

Performance

Cutting load, finish, accuracy and duty cycle.

Integration

Mounting drawing, center height, envelope, orientation and control.

XT50-1 selection questions

Confirm these items before the drawing and quotation are approved.

How should I choose the spindle interface?

Start from the holder, tool-change method, cutting load and required accuracy. Send the tool specification and operation for review.

Are all published speed values available on every build?

No. The approved limit depends on bearings, motor, drive ratio, tooling, cutting load and duty cycle.

What changes with the motor arrangement?

MF and MB layouts change the motor envelope, belt path, guarding and maintenance access. Compare the matching drawing with the real machine.

Can JNYO provide a dimensional drawing or 3D model?

Yes, compatible files can be requested after the exact spindle interface, motor layout, ATC and coolant requirements are identified.

What information is needed for a quotation?

Send the workpiece material, operation, tool details, target speed, cutting load, accuracy requirement, machine drawing, quantity and destination country.

Catalog source and configuration limits

JNYO product catalog, PDF page 20; Chinese edition, approximately 74 MB.

The catalog separates the ordinary NT50 rear-drawbar configuration from the BT50 automatic tool-change configuration. Motor speed and spindle output speed are different quantities; confirm the drive ratio, bearings and complete configuration. The 4,500 rpm spindle option specifies NSK bearings.

Reference weights describe pictured configurations. Catalog roundness is not a workpiece-accuracy guarantee. Confirm measurement conditions, dimensional drawings, actual assembly weight and supply scope before integration.

Send the process and machine interface before ordering XT50-1.

JNYO will compare the application, spindle interface, motor, tooling and mounting requirements before confirming a drawing and quotation.
