Company overview
Formerly Taizhou Luqiao Jingyao CNC Machine Tool Factory, JNYO was founded in 2007 and is headquartered in Taizhou, Zhejiang, China. We are a National High-tech Enterprise, a Zhejiang Specialized, Refined, Unique & Innovative Enterprise, and a council member of the China Machine Tool & Tool Builders’ Association. Dedicated to the R&D and manufacturing of precision CNC functional components and intelligent equipment, we are a benchmark manufacturer of power heads and CNC slide tables in China.
Product scope and precision
Our products include boring and milling power heads, CNC slide tables and modular machining components. Select each unit for its machining task and installation. Confirm the full model and configuration, tooling interface, drive and mounting arrangement, and required operating conditions against the relevant drawings. Define component inspection items separately from the finished workpiece acceptance requirements, including the measurement method and conditions.
Digital manufacturing and R&D
We operate a nearly 10,000-square-meter digital smart factory equipped with MES, PLM, WMS and digital twin technologies to realize full digital control over all production procedures. Our annual R&D investment accounts for over 15% of total revenue, and we hold more than 30 patents, having broken through a number of core bottleneck technologies for precision functional components.
Global value and lifecycle support
For a new machine or replacement component, provide the workpiece material and drawing revision, machining operations, operating requirements, installation space and interfaces, quantity and target project date. For support with an installed unit, include its full model reference, nameplate or configuration drawing reference, relevant service history and a description of the issue and operating conditions. These details provide a starting point for discussion. Suitability, supply configuration, price, delivery and service arrangements must be agreed for the specific project.
