1. About JNYO
This Privacy Policy applies to https://en.jnyo.com (the “Site”), operated by Zhejiang Jingyao CNC Technology Co., Ltd., Taizhou, Zhejiang, China (“JNYO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). For privacy questions or requests, contact jnyo@jnyo.com.
2. Information We Collect
- Information you submit: details included in an inquiry or other communication, such as your name, company, job title, email address, phone number, country, product interest, technical requirements, drawings, and message content.
- Necessary technical data: server and security logs that may include an IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, requested URLs, and diagnostic data needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.
- Optional analytics data: only after you choose “Accept analytics,” Google Analytics 4 may collect page views, approximate location, device and browser characteristics, referral source, session activity, scrolls, outbound clicks, downloads, site-search activity, and form-interaction events. We do not intentionally send inquiry-field values or other directly identifying form content to Google Analytics.
We do not collect payment-card information through this Site.
3. How and Why We Use Information
- Respond to product inquiries, quotation requests, technical questions, and after-sales requests.
- Prepare technical proposals, drawings, product recommendations, and pre-contractual communications.
- Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site.
- Measure Site usage and improve product navigation and content when analytics consent has been granted.
- Send marketing communications only where you have separately requested or consented to them, with an available unsubscribe method.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations and protect our rights, systems, customers, and users.
Depending on the context, our legal bases may include your consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating a secure industrial business website and responding to business inquiries. Optional analytics relies on your consent and remains off unless you accept it.
4. Cookies, Local Storage, and Google Analytics
The Site uses necessary browser storage for essential operation and to remember your analytics choice. Google Analytics 4 is optional. Google tags are blocked and no analytics request is sent before you choose “Accept analytics.” If you choose “Essential only,” analytics remains off. You may reopen “Cookie settings” and withdraw consent at any time.
Our GA4 web stream is dedicated to this Site. Advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalization, Google Signals, remarketing, User-ID, and enhanced conversions are not enabled by our integration. For details, see our Cookie Policy.
5. Service Providers and International Processing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may use service providers that support website hosting, security, communications, inquiry handling, and analytics. When analytics consent is granted, limited usage data is processed by Google LLC through Google Analytics. Data may be processed in countries other than your own. We use contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the service, including Google’s applicable data-processing terms.
Google information: Google Privacy Policy and Google Ads Data Processing Terms.
6. Data Retention
- Business inquiry and related correspondence: generally up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required for a contract, legal obligation, dispute, or warranty support.
- Security and diagnostic logs: retained only as long as reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting, and hosting operations.
- Analytics consent choice: stored in your browser until you clear browser storage or we change the consent version and request a new choice.
- Google Analytics cookies: may persist for up to two years and may be refreshed when analytics is active, unless you withdraw consent or clear them earlier.
- GA4 user- and event-level data: retained according to the JNYO GA4 property setting, up to 14 months; standard aggregated reports may remain available for longer under Google Analytics operation.
7. Your Choices and Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. California residents may request information about collection and deletion and may opt out of a sale or sharing where applicable; JNYO does not sell personal information. To exercise a right, email jnyo@jnyo.com. We may need to verify your request and will respond within the period required by applicable law.
8. Security
We use HTTPS and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Children
The Site is intended for industrial and business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
10. Policy Changes
We may update this Policy when our services, tools, or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised date on this page. If a change materially affects analytics consent, the Site may ask you to choose again.
