VRS250 CNC Vertical Linear Guideway Slide Table
VRS250 cnc vertical linear guideway slide table. Compare 3 catalog configurations and reference weights, then confirm travel, load, mounting and drive requirements.
Final specifications depend on the workpiece, tooling, cutting load, duty cycle, motor and machine interface.
VRS250 CNC Vertical Linear Guideway Slide Table
VRS250 is a JNYO vertical linear-guideway feed module. The catalog lists 3 configurations below. Select the complete configuration using travel, mounting geometry, workpiece and fixture mass, cutting forces and acceptance requirements.
Catalog configurations
Source: JNYO product catalog, printed page 70 (PDF page 38), Chinese edition, approximately 74 MB.
The standard VRS250 and VRS250H drawings appear on printed pages 70 and 69 respectively; the H-type entry below is identified separately.
Stroke values are reproduced as printed; the source stroke columns do not separately state a unit. Confirm units on the complete drawing. Weight is product reference weight, not permitted payload or cutting-load capacity.
| Catalog configuration | Stroke (source value) | Weight (kg) |
|---|---|---|
| VRS250×560 (A220) | 340 | 105 |
| VRS250×560 (A300) | 260 | 110 |
| VRS250×420 (H type) | 140 | 135 |
Structure and integration references
The standard VRS250×560 table lists A220/stroke 340 and A300/stroke 260. The separate VRS250H drawing lists VRS250×420 with guide RGH30CA, stroke 140 and reference weight 135 kg. Both use catalog ball-screw notation Φ32×6 and shaft diameter Φ22. The H-type drawing describes optional screw-end braking and direct transmission; confirm the selected build rather than applying these options to every VRS250.
Guideway covers, servo motor power and torque can be configured according to requirements. Define how the moving assembly will be supported and held safely in the required vertical installation.

Selection and acceptance inputs
- Required travel for each moving axis, installation orientation and the complete mounting/interface drawing.
- Workpiece, fixture and moving-tool mass, center of gravity, cutting forces and overturning moments.
- Feed speed, acceleration, operating frequency, lubrication and protection environment.
- Positioning and repeatability targets, test method, motor and control interfaces.
- Associated machining units, quantity and requested delivery date.
The cited model pages identify guide references and ball-screw dimensions, but do not establish a universal guide accuracy class, screw brand or grade, positioning repeatability or continuous-duty capability. Confirm these requirements and the inspection method for the actual configuration.
Configuration questions
Can the product weight be treated as a payload rating?
No. The listed weight describes the product reference configuration. Loads and moments require a separate check against the complete machine arrangement.
Can a catalog picture be used as the final installation drawing?
No. Use it to identify the model and prepare the application brief. Confirm the dimensional drawing, interface details and acceptance conditions before ordering or manufacturing mating parts.
Request matching dimensional drawings and compatible 3D references for the selected configuration. Availability, price, delivery time and installation or after-sales service scope must be confirmed for the order.
Five items needed before configuration approval.
Providing these details early reduces drawing revisions and makes the quotation technically useful.
Operation
Boring, milling, drilling, facing or a combined process.
Workpiece
Material, feature dimensions, tolerance and target cycle time.
Tooling
Holder, tool diameter, interface, speed and coolant requirement.
Performance
Cutting load, finish, runout, duty cycle and service life.
Integration
Mounting drawing, center height, envelope, orientation and control.
Move from product review to machine integration.
Use the model as a starting point. The approved dimensional drawing and configuration record remain the final integration reference.
Confirm mounting faces, center height, spindle interface and machine envelope.
