URS500 Series CNC Hardened Guideway Slide Table
URS500 CNC hard-rail slide table with 6 catalog configurations. Compare travel, reference weight and mounting dimensions, then confirm load, drive and accuracy requirements.
Final specifications depend on the workpiece, tooling, cutting load, duty cycle, motor and machine interface.
URS500 CNC Hard-Rail Slide Table
URS500 is part of the JNYO single-axis hard-rail slide-table range. Compare the configurations below when preparing a machine feed or positioning module. Application suitability depends on workpiece and fixture mass, cutting force, overturning moment, feed motion and the mounting arrangement.
Catalog configurations
Source: JNYO product catalog, printed page 78 (PDF page 42), Chinese edition, approximately 74 MB. The stroke column does not print a separate unit; values are reproduced as shown. Confirm units and complete dimensions on the configuration drawing.
The same catalog model can have different table dimensions and travel. Match the complete configuration to the drawing. Weight below is slide-table reference weight, not permitted payload or cutting-load capacity.
| Catalog model | Stroke (source value) | Weight (kg) |
|---|---|---|
| URS500×885 | 285 | 470 |
| URS500×1000 | 400 | 505 |
| URS500×1600 | 1000 | 670 |
| URS500×1600 | 650 | 785 |
| URS500×2000 | 1400 | 780 |
| URS500×2000 | 1050 | 895 |
Drive and installation references
The matching model table lists ball screw Φ50×10 and shaft diameter Φ30. These are catalog notation references; confirm units, tolerances, support arrangement, motor interface and mounting dimensions on the selected drawing. Guideway covers and servo motors can be configured according to requirements.

Hard-rail series construction
The catalog series description, printed page 75 describes T-shaped rectangular hard guideways, heat treatment with surface hardness of at least HRC50, a cast-iron housing with vibration and natural aging, fitted and hand-scraped contact surfaces, and an internal oil-distribution system. These are published series descriptions, not an inspection certificate for an individual assembly.
The source does not assign HT250 or HT300 grades to this model, or establish one positioning-accuracy, load-capacity or duty-cycle rating for every configuration. Specify material grades, screw accuracy, lubrication, protection and acceptance conditions in the technical agreement.
Selection information to provide
- Required effective travel, feed direction, mounting orientation, interface drawing and available space.
- Workpiece and fixture mass, center of gravity, cutting forces and overturning moments.
- Feed speed, acceleration, operating frequency and continuous-duty requirements.
- Positioning and repeatability targets, test method, motor and control interfaces, lubrication and protection environment.
- Associated machining units, quantity and requested delivery date.
Configuration questions
Can weight be used to select a heavy-cutting application?
No. Weight is not a load rating. Review the force direction, center of gravity, drive, mounting and cutting cycle for the complete machine.
Does the model name identify an interchangeable assembly?
No. The catalog contains repeated model designations with different table dimensions and travel. Confirm the full dimensional drawing and interfaces before replacing or ordering an assembly.
Request the matching dimensional drawing and compatible 3D reference before manufacturing the machine interface. Availability, quotation, delivery time and installation or after-sales support must be confirmed for the order.
Five items needed before configuration approval.
Providing these details early reduces drawing revisions and makes the quotation technically useful.
Operation
Boring, milling, drilling, facing or a combined process.
Workpiece
Material, feature dimensions, tolerance and target cycle time.
Tooling
Holder, tool diameter, interface, speed and coolant requirement.
Performance
Cutting load, finish, runout, duty cycle and service life.
Integration
Mounting drawing, center height, envelope, orientation and control.
Move from product review to machine integration.
Use the model as a starting point. The approved dimensional drawing and configuration record remain the final integration reference.
Confirm mounting faces, center height, spindle interface and machine envelope.
