The Value of JNYO CNC Special-Purpose Machine Tools in Modern Manufacturing

JNYO CNC special-purpose machine tools use digital control, servo motion, and real-time feedback to deliver efficient automated machining. Follow proper preparation, operating safety, monitoring, overload prevention, cleaning, and shutdown procedures for reliable production.

JNYO CNC special-purpose machine tools are efficient machining systems based on digital control technology. Their working principle and advantages are valuable in modern manufacturing.

Basic Working Principle

  1. Program input and processing: The operator prepares a machining program from the workpiece shape, dimensions, and process requirements. The CNC system decodes the program, performs interpolation and logic operations, and converts it into control commands.
  2. Signal transmission and drive: The commands are sent to the servo system, which drives components such as the spindle and worktable for accurate motion and positioning. During milling, the servo motor moves and rotates the cutter along the programmed path.
  3. Real-time monitoring and feedback: Sensors detect deviations during machining. If tool wear, temperature changes, or mechanical deformation are identified, the system can adjust parameters or compensate for displacement so that machining accuracy remains within the design requirement.

Operating Precautions

  1. Before operation: Wear work clothes and safety shoes, and wear a cap or hairnet. Do not enter the workshop in sandals, slippers, high heels, vests, skirts, or scarves. Inspect the control panel, guideway surfaces, jaws, tailstock, tool post, and tools. Check the lubrication and coolant systems. Clamp the workpiece securely and install the tool correctly. If the machine has been idle for a long time, manually supply oil to the relevant points and warm up the machine.
  2. During operation: Follow the operating procedure. Do not leave the machine without authorization, touch the operating area, or adjust parameters arbitrarily. Do not perform unrelated activities while the machine is running. Do not play or move between machines. Start the machine only after confirming that the workpiece is clamped; never measure or touch a rotating workpiece. Stop immediately if there is workpiece runout, chatter, abnormal noise, fixture looseness, or another abnormal condition. Do not operate the machine beyond its load capacity.
  3. After operation: Remove chips and wipe the machine to keep the equipment and surrounding area clean. Inspect or replace worn guideway wipers and check the condition of lubricating oil and coolant, adding or replacing them as required. Turn off the power on the machine control panel, followed by the main power.
