JNYO Welcomes a Luqiao District Visit Focused on Enterprise Support and Development

On the afternoon of December 22, Mou Aoye, Deputy Secretary of the Luqiao District Party Committee and District Mayor, led a team to Jinqing Town for a “large-scale visit, research, service, and problem-solving” activity. The team went to the production front line, communicated face to face with company representatives, listened to enterprise needs, helped resolve practical difficulties, and promoted high-quality development.

Zhejiang Jingyao CNC Technology Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in servo motor spindles, precision boring and milling power heads, and CNC slide tables. Its products are widely used in bridge construction machinery, new-energy vehicles, and other fields.

Mou Aoye visited the company’s production workshop and product showroom to learn about equipment intelligence, personnel organization, current production and operations, and next year’s development plans. The company had recently moved into its new plant, giving the facility a fresh appearance with a richer production line. Work was proceeding in an orderly way, and orders had been scheduled through April of the following year. Mou Aoye recognized the company’s progress.

Mou Aoye emphasized that the company should increase talent development and innovate its approaches to recruiting, using, and motivating skilled personnel. It should strengthen employee training and build a skilled workforce suited to future development. The company should also establish a modern enterprise system with clear ownership and scientific management, recruit management professionals in areas such as capital operations and marketing, and use efficient, compliant management to support high-quality growth.

He also called for greater investment in R&D, orderly development of innovation platforms, close attention to industry trends, and stronger efforts to develop new products and technologies. Brand building should receive more attention, with active participation in industry-standard development and stronger cooperation with leading companies in the industrial chain to continuously strengthen the company’s brand.
