JNYO CNC Special-Purpose Machine Tools for High-Precision Machining and Measurement
JNYO CNC special-purpose machine tools combine high-precision servo control, measurement technology, multi-axis motion, and automated programs to support efficient machining and inspection. Standardized components also allow flexible configuration for different production requirements.

JNYO CNC special-purpose machine tools use high-precision servo control and measurement technology to support accurate machining and inspection, improving product quality and production efficiency. Multi-axis coordinated motion enables machining on multiple faces and at multiple angles, shortening machining time and process flow. Automated programs reduce manual intervention and labor intensity. Because standard components are serialized and standardized, the machine can be configured flexibly to shorten design and manufacturing cycles. Special-purpose machine tools therefore combine lower cost with high efficiency and are widely used in large-batch production and automated lines.
Inspection Procedure
- Prepare for inspection: Prepare specialized instruments such as a vibration analyzer, temperature sensors, and electrical tester. Make sure the machine is clean, all components are securely connected, and there is no abnormal wear. Define the inspection items, schedule, and responsible person.
- Inspect mechanical components: Check guideway straightness deviation within ±0.02 mm/m and measure slide-block friction, with a stated normal range of 5–10 N. Measure spindle radial runout within the stated 0.01–0.03 mm range and spindle-bearing temperature at no more than 60°C. Check gear backlash within 0.05–0.10 mm and evaluate transmission noise at the stated normal level of 80 dB.
- Inspect the electrical system: Check motor current and confirm three-phase current imbalance is no more than 5%. Test main-circuit insulation resistance at no less than 0.5 MΩ. Test PLC input/output signals and analyze inverter output waveform, with THD no more than 5%.
- Inspect thermal status: Measure spindle lubricating-oil temperature in the stated 30–50°C range and hydraulic-oil temperature in the 40–60°C range. Check coolant flow deviation within ±10% and coolant temperature at no more than 35°C.
- Test software and functions: Run a representative machining program, check path deviation at no more than 0.05 mm, and perform repeat-positioning testing at no more than 0.02 mm. Verify emergency-stop response within 0.1 seconds and confirm that the machine cannot start when the safety door is open.
