JNYO CNC Hard-Rail Slide Tables with Rigid Guides and Stable Bases
JNYO CNC hard-rail slide tables combine high positioning and repeat-positioning accuracy with rigid guideways and stable bed structures. They support heavy cutting, precision machining, automated operation, and flexible integration of drilling, milling, boring, and tapping functions.
JNYO CNC hard-rail slide tables provide high positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy. With a fully digital drive, they can achieve positioning accuracy at the 0.1 μm level, helping maintain workpiece dimensional accuracy and surface quality for demanding precision-machining applications.
The rigid guideways and stable bed structure can withstand substantial cutting forces and gravity loads. Stable performance under heavy-duty machining helps reduce errors caused by equipment deformation or vibration. The slide table can therefore support roughing and heavy cutting while improving productivity and equipment reliability.
High-quality materials and manufacturing processes provide good wear resistance and fatigue resistance. Key components such as the guideways and lead screws receive special treatment so they can maintain accuracy and performance during long-term, high-frequency use. This extends service life and reduces replacement cost. A user-oriented interface and control system typically allow operators to run automatic machining by entering the required program, reducing manual adjustments, labor intensity, and the effect of human error on accuracy.
Different CNC systems and configurations can be selected according to the process and workpiece requirements. Drilling, milling, boring, tapping, and other functions can be integrated to support single-piece and small-batch production as well as varied-product and large-batch production.
Measurement Procedure for a CNC Hard-Rail Slide Table
- Prepare for measurement: Select suitable instruments, such as a dial indicator, precision level, or laser interferometer, according to the linear-guide dimensions and accuracy requirements. Clean the guideway surface and check that each measuring instrument is accurate and operating normally.
- Measure the key characteristics: For straightness, place a dial indicator or laser interferometer on the guideway and measure along its length. Compare readings at different points to determine compliance. For parallelism, measure the height difference at both ends of the guideway. Before measurement, secure both ends and apply the required preload to eliminate internal stress and improve accuracy. For travel accuracy, mount the dial indicator on the slide table, keep the probe against the guideway surface, move the table along the guideway, and compare readings at different positions.
