On December 2, 2025, Zhejiang Jingyao CNC Technology Co., Ltd. reached an important milestone: its new digital factory was officially completed and entered operation. A grand ribbon-cutting ceremony marked a new stage in the company’s capacity upgrade and intelligent transformation in high-end CNC equipment manufacturing.
Guests included Mao Yufeng, President of the China Machine Tool & Tool Builders’ Association; Li Yingxun, Secretary-General of the China Association for Maintenance and Rebuilding of Electromechanical Equipment; Jiang Huaisheng, Chairman of the Modular Machine Tool Branch of the China Machine Tool & Tool Builders’ Association; Liu Qingle, Secretary-General of the branch; Zhang Linhui, Deputy Secretary and Mayor of Jinqing Town, Luqiao District; and Luo Huarong, Chairman of Jingyao CNC.
A Commitment to Precision Manufacturing
Chairman Luo Huarong welcomed the leaders, guests, and partners and reviewed Jingyao CNC’s development. He said the new factory was a key step in responding to the national manufacturing strategy and focusing on high-precision functional components. With more advanced digital production and R&D facilities and a stronger service system, Jingyao CNC will continue improving power heads and CNC slide tables, strengthen customization for non-standard modular machine tools, and provide better CNC technology solutions.
Zhang Linhui recognized Jingyao CNC’s contribution to the high-end equipment manufacturing sector in Jinqing Town. He said the new factory represented another result of industrial transformation and an improved business environment, and that the local government would continue providing full support.
Mao Yufeng congratulated Jingyao CNC on the new factory. He noted that the company’s long-term focus on a specialized market and continued innovation represented the industry’s move toward specialization and higher-end manufacturing. The digital factory demonstrates forward-looking planning in smart manufacturing and will add momentum to China’s independent support capabilities in high-precision CNC equipment.
Digital Factory in Operation
In the presence of the guests and employees, the ceremony’s representatives cut the ribbon to officially open Zhejiang Jingyao CNC’s digital factory. After the ceremony, the guests toured the new facility with Chairman Luo. The spacious workshops, intelligent production lines, precision inspection equipment, and digital production-management system gave them confidence in the company’s future production capacity and technical strength.
The new digital factory combines scaled production of high-precision power heads and CNC slide tables with flexible customization of non-standard modular machine tools. By introducing a manufacturing execution system (MES), digital-twin technology, and intelligent equipment, it provides digital management and precise control of production, improving product consistency, efficiency, and flexible manufacturing capability.
A new factory brings a new starting point and new momentum. Zhejiang Jingyao CNC Technology Co., Ltd. will continue focusing on core technology innovation and collaboration with industry associations, partners, and customers to contribute professional expertise to the upgrading of China’s equipment manufacturing sector.
